Product Usage
The rod connection is extremely easy to install, and the reading head is oriented along the scale with precision bearings. When it moves freely, it can be accurately measured through the rod connection. It can achieve accurate measurement of remote push-pull reading heads, suitable for situations where the reading head cannot be directly fixed.
TTL and EIA-422 signal collector open circuit output, convenient for interface with programmable controllers.

Grating sensors are divided into two types: open and closed. The open type is a high-precision type, mainly used for the digital transformation of precision instruments, with a resolution of up to 0.1um. Closed type is mainly used for digital transformation of ordinary machine tools and instruments, with output waveform as square wave. It can be classified into three types according to its appearance: small ruler, standard ruler, and large ruler. The models are JCXF, JCXE, and JCXG, respectively. The large ruler (JCXG) can reach 3100mm, and the ultra long ruler can reach 3100mm-15000mm; In addition, various installation accessories can be provided according to user needs to facilitate system installation.
